Welcome to Governance 2A – Financial Oversight
How an organisation gets its money and allocates its resources will have an impact on nearly every decision made at the Board level. People with lived experience need to understand enough to contribute to these discussions to have maximum impact as well as to uphold their legal duties as a Board member.
Governance – financial obligations learning outcome: Participants will understand what the financial obligations are of Board members and will know what to look out for when reading financial reports.
