Co-creating messaging and strategies to support informed decision making about COVID vaccinations:

LELAN is working with the lived experience (LEx) community to co-create messaging and strategies to support informed decision making about COVID vaccinations.

We want to support and empower (not coerce) people to make informed choices about COVID vaccinations.

We would like to gain insight from people with LEx of mental distress, social issues or injustice about information, concerns and supports or strategies that would be useful to support informed decision making and access to vaccinations.

Information will be gathered by:

     – Connecting with LEx Advisors – to gain greater insights from lived experience perspectives on what emerges, test ideas, review vaccination resources and provide feedback for new messaging and support strategies, designed on what people with lived experience share will be beneficial to know. (Apply to be an Advisor here).

     – Hosting co-creation sessions -Co-creators will work together to utilise the insights gained from people with lived experience to determine and design key messaging, ideas and strategies to support informed decision making. (Nominate to be a part of the co-creation team here).

     – Online survey and 1:1 Conversations – around people’s experiences to understand what information and messaging is important to support informed decision making about the COVID vaccination. (Complete the survey from the perspective of your personal experience or from speaking with and/or providing support to people with lived experience here).

These insights will guide the co-creation of COVID vaccination resources for the lived experience community and organisations that support them.
